The Asthma Inhaler Hunt: Why I Designed These Handy Puffer Pouches

If you have asthma, you'll probably know the feeling. You're out and about, your chest starts to tighten, and suddenly you need your inhaler. Not in five minutes. Not when you get home. Right now.

So you start the search. First, it's the handbag. Then it's the wallet that's in the way. The keys. The shopping list. The tissues. The sunglasses case. The half-eaten muesli bar. Everything except the one thing you're looking for.As an asthma sufferer myself, I've been there more times than I can count. Whether it's pollen season, a cold snap, smoke in the air, or just one of those unpredictable asthma days, I wanted a better solution than endlessly rummaging through the depths of my bag.

That's why I designed these little inhaler pouches. They keep your puffer easy to find, easy to access, and safely stored in one dedicated place. Simply clip the pouch to the inside or outside of your bag, a belt loop, backpack, or anywhere that suits your lifestyle. No more frantic searching when every second feels important. Of course, practicality was only part of the idea.I also wanted something that looked good.

Medical accessories don't have to be boring. If you're carrying an inhaler every day, why not make it something that reflects your personality and style? These handmade pouches are colourful, attractive, and discreet at the same time. Most people won't even realise they're holding an asthma inhaler. My philosophy is simple: if you have to have asthma—whether it's a year-round companion or just a seasonal visitor—you may as well be a little stylish about it.

Each pouch is handmade with care and designed by someone who genuinely understands the daily reality of living with asthma. They're small, lightweight, practical, and one less thing to worry about when you're heading out the door.

Because when you need your inhaler, the last thing you should be doing is searching for it.
