Why Hand Sanitiser Is a Shopping Essential

A quick trip to the shops can involve touching far more surfaces than we realise.
Shopping trolleys, basket handles, EFTPOS machines, lift buttons, door handles, product packaging, escalator rails and checkout counters all pass through countless hands every day. While most of us don't spend much time thinking about it, these shared touchpoints are part of everyday life.
That's why hand sanitiser has become such a useful item to carry. It offers a quick and convenient way to clean your hands when soap and water aren't available, helping you feel fresher and more comfortable while you're out and about.
The challenge is that hand sanitiser bottles often disappear into the depths of a handbag, backpack or shopping tote. By the time you've found it, you've already touched half a dozen other things.
That's what inspired me to create my handmade sanitiser pouches.
Each pouch is designed to keep your sanitiser easily accessible by clipping onto the outside of your handbag, backpack, shopping bag or keyring. Instead of rummaging through your bag, your sanitiser is right where you need it.
Made from cotton macramé cord, these pouches are both practical and stylish. They add a touch of colour and personality while making an everyday essential easy to find. The handy clip allows you to move the pouch between bags, so your sanitiser is always within reach.
Whether you're doing the weekly grocery shop, browsing your favourite markets, picking up a few things from the pharmacy or spending an afternoon at the shopping centre, having quick access to hand sanitiser can make life a little easier.
Sometimes it's the small things that make a big difference.
A sanitiser pouch won't make shopping any more exciting, but it can save you from digging through your bag looking for that elusive bottle when you need it most.
And if you're going to carry hand sanitiser anyway, you may as well do it in style.
